Which grades do you teach?
Grade 4 to Grade 12.
Do you teach both Home Language and First Additional Language?
Yes. Tutoring covers Afrikaans and English, Home Language and First Additional Language.
Are lessons online or in person?
Lessons are online and one-on-one.

Curriculum and Support
Are lessons aligned with the CAPS curriculum?
Yes. Tuition is CAPS-aligned. Afrikaans tutoring is fully aligned with the South African CAPS curriculum, and English support follows the learner’s school curriculum and CAPS requirements where applicable.
Do you help with homework?
Personalised support is based on the learner’s grade, language level and schoolwork. Please enquire about the learner’s specific needs.
Do you prepare learners for tests and examinations?
Yes. Exam preparation is available for Afrikaans and English learners in Grades 4–12.
Can you help with writing, speeches, oral preparation, literature, poetry, and comprehension?
Approved tuition coverage includes writing, oral preparation, literature, poetry and comprehension. Please enquire about the learner’s specific language and level.
Wise Eye Reading Programme
What does the Wise Eye Reading Programme focus on?
Effective eye muscle movement, vocabulary, fluency while reading—which increases reading speed—and comprehension.
Who may benefit from reading development?

How is reading development different from subject tutoring?
Wise Eye is a reading development service focused on eye muscle movement, vocabulary, fluency and comprehension. Subject tutoring supports the approved Afrikaans or English curriculum coverage.
Reader and Scribe
What is a Reader and Scribe?
The Registered Reader and Scribe service supports learners who have approved examination accommodations.
Who may use Reader and Scribe support?
Learners with approved examination accommodations, subject to their school or assessment body’s requirements.
How are Reader and Scribe services arranged?

How are lessons personalised?
One-on-one lessons use individual learning plans and support based on the learner’s grade, language level and schoolwork.
